We ship to business addresses within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Clients using private label services are responsible for providing accurate branding files and approving proofs before production. We are not responsible for errors in approved artwork. Minimum quantities apply for private label orders.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on delivered product unless there is a quality issue. If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Roaster Supply Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Client-provided branding assets remain the property of the client.
